COVID-19 Regulations And Our Clinic Safety

In light of the new COVID-19 restrictions becoming relaxed, we’re taking this opportunity to update all of our wonderful clients on our clinic safety. We thank you all for being so understanding and patient during this period and we hope to continue to see you all in the near future. 

Relaxed Rules And Clinic Safety…

Despite the restrictions on face masks being lifted, we feel at present that face masks would help to protect our most vulnerable clients and due to this, we insist on face coverings to be worn within the clinic at all times unless medically exempt. 

We are also continuing to use hand gel upon entry and exit of the building. PPE including masks, gloves, aprons and screens will be used by staff at all times. Wiping down surfaces after every use with medical strength disinfectant works to ensure the utmost safety within our building. 

All of our staff are fully vaccinated and not only that, they are also self-testing twice per week using NHS Lateral Flow Covid-19 tests. They are required to isolate for 10 days if they come into contact with Covid-19 or display any symptoms. If they become at risk due to a household member, they will also be asked to isolate then too. 

Pre-Appointment…

Prior to your appointment, you will receive a pre-appointment health screening. If you attend your appointment showing any symptoms of Covid-19, you will be refused treatment and advised to isolate for 10 days for the protection of others. 

If you have an appointment booked and do come into contact with somebody with Covid-19 or you are contacted to isolate, please do not attend the clinic. Instead, call us to cancel or reschedule for a later date. 

Arriving For Your Appointment…

We would recommend that you do not arrive early and to come in a maximum of five minutes before your appointment starts. Social distancing will remain in practice within our waiting area to protect our clients and staff alike. We also have a separate waiting area for exceptionally vulnerable clients as your safety is paramount to us. 

Taking Payment…

For the safety of you and others as well as our staff, we are encouraging non-cash payments to be made for your appointment. Contactless and card payments are accepted and cash payments are discouraged.
